Maintenance Technician Needed
Our company has been in business for over 20 years located in Glendale, CA. We are seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for apartment units in the Los Angeles Area (San Fernando Valley and San Gabriel Valley). This is a LONG TERM opportunity.

- Depending on experience, up to $40 per hour plus bonuses.

REQUIREMENTS
- MUST HAVE MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE IN APARTMENTS!
- Resolve maintenance issues including: Basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other building items, basic heat / AC unit repair. Ability to do some painting and prep properly is a must.
- Attention to detail, ability to work on own, and follow direction
- Good customer service and able to interact with tenants, managers, and management team.
- Ability to use computer software and emails for Work Orders.
- Must be able to coordinate major repairs and apartment renovations with other specialized tradesman.
- Read, write and speak in English is required.
- Ability to show vacant units to prospect tenants is a plus.
- Own car, car insurance is required as driving to different locations is part of the job.
- Clean criminal history & authorized to work in the United States
RESPONSIBILITIES include
- Work with management to provide a quality living environment for residents and resolve maintenance issues quickly and correctly
- Ability to use software and email to look at and understand the tenant’s maintenance requests.
- Ensure the property is maintained in pristine condition.
- Visit each property and look for any exterior maintenance that is needed.
- Submit weekly timesheets, invoices, and receipts to the office. Must be organized
