Charming Properties for Lease

If you are interested in any of the "Charming" properties, you can either meet the local manager to apply in-person or you can follow the following steps to apply electronically:

Please note: All the information requested in the application must be fully completed and verifiable before application can be considered as submitted.  Please enter NA if a certian field in the application does not pertain to you. All adults 18 and over must fill out an application.

1. Copy of driver's License
2. Copy of document to verify income such as 2 pay stubs, 3 months bank statement for self employed, tax return and other related documents.
3. Picture of the pet if you have included a pet in your application.  

To be considered, in addition to the necessary documents, a $40 application fee per applicant is required to start the process. Please contact our office on how this fee can be paid. This fee is non-refundable.
